the only thing i can brag is that i make good potato chips, i think. well, technically i can say whatever i want here.like jessie from the hungrymouse, i like my chips thicker and i leave the skin on.i also put a silly amount of pepper so be peppered prepared to munch on a hefty chunk of spice. while hers is a rustic 5-spice potato chips, mine is like a version of mojos(recipe i stole from my college friends:)). chugged with ice-cold tea,i'll never get down from snack heaven.
i'd like to think too that i make a nice pitcher of lemon-iced tea.i put generous slices of lemon, now that's a tang. image from the hungry mouse
