I like Cecil's for its shabby chic interiors and their chocolate cake
but I've had ice cream so I had to skip it. Ahh, Lucky Chinatown is my haven.
On weekends, they have a gourmet market on the second floor, and when you're full
you can exit near Breadtalk, cross the street, walk a little and you're in 168 already!
