SISIG! you know how much i love sisig! even Anthony Bourdain loves sisig with calamansi! in his words he loved the crispy pork tossed with the onions. yes, he knows it's pig face. he even ate papaitan when he went here. i will never be a vegetarian, ever. if you happen to be in pagsajan, try calle arco's inihaw na liempo and rosemary chicken too.

jac! the pianono's in liliw, not pagsanjan! i'm so excited to finally find our long lost favorite panaderia staple---the pianono. soft chiffon bread with light custard filling lovingly rolled into sugar.ahh memories of childhood.

at long last, i pacified my burger-fries craving. but the one from biggs is overrated. i was kind of expecting more as i've read biggs a couple of times now as a bicolandia must-try and i've read so many raves about it. the hassles of expansion. i love your fries though. i say that to every fries. haha.
