Blogger seems to have a tech prob again..i reverted to a classic template and their 'upgrade your template' button was missing!! heck.
I can't 'beautify' my template!!!lookkk at it, hate the fonts and the colors, ugh!

You can upgrade to Layouts without the Upgrade button.
